Onsite Cleaning focuses on our quality of service, providing dedicated Account Managers to each of our clients to ensure our values are never compromised. Providing a trusted single point of contact allows for a greater relationship between our team and our clients, allowing the opportunity to have open conversations and understand our clients' changing needs. We believe having one-on-one time with our clients allows for effective and strategic thinking that can in turn be implemented in to creating efficiency amongst our team in order to reduce any waste of resources. Onsite will provide our new clients with an onboarding pack that will include information such as our tender document, points of contact, services list and more. In conjunction with a visit from our General Manager, this allows you to put a name to a face and ask additional questions regarding working with Onsite Cleaning.
One of our Operations Managers will visit the venue and assess what our client requires. They will complete a full site inspection with the client and discuss their needs as well as additional suggestions that we believe the client may benefit from. A site specific scope of work will be agreed upon, including any periodical and ad-hoc cleans.
Our team at Onsite will produce a quote for the client outlining the services we will be providing, a transition plan from your current cleaning supplier, the contact information of your Account Manager as well as your contract execution.
Once the client has approved the proposed quote, we will prepare all necessary equipment, chemicals, labour and supervision as required. Cleaners will complete a site specific induction prior to commencement.
